- What if a customer pays cash?
- Record it with a cash receipt (kasos pajamų orderis) signed on your phone. It counts as received when signed and goes to your accountant in the monthly export.
- Can my customers pay monthly?
- A proposal over €5,000 can show a monthly example from a licensed financing partner. The customer applies with the partner; you are paid as usual.
- Can customers pay by card?
- Yes, if you turn it on. Bank payment is shown first because it is free. You pay the card fee, or pass it on to business customers as its own line; consumers never pay it.
- Does Helmar.AI hold my money?
- Never. Every payment goes straight to your own account. Helmar.AI records what the bank confirms.
