Pricing, plainly.

Is there a free trial?
Self-serve signup and trials are not open yet. Book a free 20-minute demo; launch terms will be confirmed before accounts open. Demos are free. Accounts and paid subscriptions are not open yet.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are per workspace per month and 21% VAT is added on the invoice.
Can I change plans?
Any month. The change applies from the next invoice; downgrades keep your data.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to the workspace. Customers never need an account and crew app users are free.
What about SMS?
SMS to customers is charged at cost, only with their consent, and capped per estimate.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. Your price is locked, and nothing you use today moves to a higher plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans end at the end of the paid month, with no fee. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export everything any time: every document as a PDF, photos, and every record as CSV. The export keeps working for 90 days after you cancel.
Can my customers pay by card?
Yes, if you turn it on. Bank payment is shown first because it is free. The card fee (1.4% + €0.25) is yours, or you pass it on to business customers; consumers never pay it.
Which plan has the new features?
WhatsApp, Viber and card payments are on every plan. Bank feed, the offline crew app, timesheets, checklists and purchase orders start at Team. API, Peppol and two-way accounting sync are on Business.
