1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; local storage can also remember settings on this device. This page covers helmar.app, help.helmar.app and the illustrative workspace at workspace.helmar.app.

2. Necessary

The current website and preview use:

• Your cookie choice (helmar-cookie-consent, local storage): remembers your analytics choice for 12 months, then asks again.
• Site admin session (__Host-helmar_admin): set only when our own team signs in to manage website leads and posts; 7 days.
• Menu state (sidebar_state): remembers the preview side menu state; 7 days.

Contractor sign-in, customer one-time-code verification and payment cookies are not active product services. Their final details will be published before launch.

3. Preferences

The illustrative workspace may remember interface choices on this device, such as the selected theme and preview state. These local settings do not create a customer account. You can clear them through your browser’s site-data settings.

4. Statistics

Off until you allow them. With your consent the website loads Google Tag Manager and its Google tag for Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode: page views and the clicks on buttons and menus are counted so we can see which pages help. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled in our tag configuration.

• _ga: distinguishes visitors; 2 years.
• _ga_<id>: keeps the session state; 2 years.

Until you accept, nothing is requested from Google: no script, no pixel and no cookie.

Provider: Google Ireland Ltd, under Google’s data processing terms. Google may also process this data on servers outside the EU, including the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. Customer pages

The customer screens shown on this website are illustrative. They do not verify identities or create real customer sessions. Details of any cookies used by production customer pages will be published before that service opens.

6. How to change your choice

Use the buttons below to allow all cookies or keep only the necessary ones; your choice is stored on this device for 12 months and applied immediately, including a consent update to Google. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking the necessary ones will stop the workspace from working.
