- Import a CSV, confirm row by row, and let one measurement expand into every line. Sent estimates keep the prices they were sent with.

- No account, no app. Options the customer ticks, one total, a 6-digit code, and a signed PDF with the hash for both sides.
- NewFollow-ups on real silence
- Day 3, 7 and 14 in business hours, from your own address, with safe mode to preview the next 7 days. A reply stops the rest within 60 seconds.
- NewAdvance requests, payment matching and reminders
- The advance request goes out with the acceptance; payments are matched from the bank feed; reminders stop the moment money is matched. Team and Business.
- NewCrew app that works offline
- Today’s jobs, checklists, photos and a timer on the phone, sent when back online. Never a price. Team and Business.
- NewJobs, purchase orders and the job margin
- The job is created when the advance is matched; accepted lines become purchase orders per supplier; estimated against actual as costs arrive.

- Drafts work from day one. Issuing is enabled for a workspace once the adviser approves the Lithuanian document rules; setup shows that status openly.

- Optional, 1.4 % + €0.25 per payment, paid by you or passed on to business customers, never to consumers. Bank payment is shown first.
- PilotAI drafts. You approve.
- AI drafts estimates and customer messages, and flags silence. You review and approve every draft before it is sent.

- Which plan has the new features?
- WhatsApp, Viber and card payments are on every plan. Bank feed, the offline crew app, timesheets, checklists and purchase orders start at Team. API, Peppol and two-way accounting sync are on Business.
- Will my price go up?
- Not while you stay subscribed. Your price is locked, and nothing you use today moves to a higher plan.
- Can I change plans?
- Any month. The change applies from the next invoice; downgrades keep your data.
