Estimates are not invoices.
An estimate is an offer. An advance payment request is not a VAT invoice. Separate numbers, statuses and rules.

Quoted is not paid.
Quoted value is potential work. Only payments matched to your bank count as money received.

Accepted stays accepted.
Once a customer accepts a version, it is locked. Changes create a new version they see again.

Starter services arrive with units and blank prices. A row becomes active only when you set a price or confirm an imported one.
One accepted version
The customer accepts one exact version. Changes become a new version they review again; the old one stays on record.
Follow-ups from your address
Day 3, 7 and 14, in business hours, from your own email. Any reply stops the rest within 60 seconds.
Your money, your account
Customers pay you directly. Helmar.AI never holds money; a payment counts only when the bank confirms it.
Your data leaves with you
Export every document as a PDF and every record as CSV, any time. The export keeps working for 90 days after you cancel.
